I’m subletting my lovely spacious room in a two-room apartment, as I moved abroad for an internship until mid-February 2027. The room is available immediately. You’ll have a queen-size bed, a sofa, a huge table and some storage on your disposal. Also you’ll have a balcony shared with the kitchen. The apartment is 100% liveable from day one, with fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. My current tenant is a quiet and respectful architect from Moscow; he works and study a lot so you’ll only know that he’s at home when he’s cooking something. Sometimes you’ll have fun chats with him though. We both respect privacy, cleanliness, and quiet hours, so he’ll expect the same from you. Please note: ❗️No tenancy contract for DSU or registration. 🔸There will be a written sublease agreement between me and you. 💶 550€ (incl. condominium, central heating and internet) + gas and electricity on consumption, around 50€/month 📆 1 November — 15 February (move-in date is flexible, move-out date fixed) 📍Famagosta (green line), 7-8 min walk from metro, first line of Naviglio Pavese. 15-20 min walk along the canal to Darsena, 30 minutes walk to Porta Genova. We prefer students and young professionals regardless of gender. 🚫 No parties, no pets, no overnight guests 🚭 Good if you’re a non-smoker. Otherwise smoking only permitted on a balcony.
